Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The 360 Workshop handles personal information on the360workshop.com. The 360 Workshop is a trade name of Services YC, a sole proprietorship based in Blainville, Québec, Canada (“we”, “us”). We follow Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25), Canada’s PIPEDA where it applies, and applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

Person in charge of the protection of personal information

The owner of Services YC is the person in charge of the protection of personal information. For any question, request or complaint about your personal information, write to yan@the360workshop.com.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
  • Technical information. Our web host automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) to operate and secure the site.
  • We do not have user accounts, contact forms, comments or a newsletter at this time. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not profile visitors. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not send your information to a font provider. Cookies are only set for the site administrator when logging in to manage the site.

If we add analytics, a newsletter or any technology that can identify, locate or profile you, it will be turned off by default and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it. This policy will be updated before that happens.

Why we use your information

  • To read and answer your messages.
  • To operate, maintain and secure the website.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

Consent

When you email us, you consent to us using your information to reply to you and to follow up on your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, subject to legal limits.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that host the website and our email (currently Hostinger), only as needed to provide their service and under their own confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

When you click a link to a social network or another website, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

Where your information is stored

Our service providers may store information outside Québec and Canada, for example in the United States or the European Union. Before personal information is communicated outside Québec, we assess whether it will receive adequate protection, as Québec law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep emails only as long as needed to answer and follow up, and no longer than two years after our last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise. Server logs are kept according to our host’s retention schedule. When information is no longer needed, it is destroyed or anonymized.

Security and confidentiality incidents

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption and restricted administrator access. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec and the people concerned, and we keep a register of incidents as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know whether we hold personal information about you and access it;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected;
  • withdraw your consent;
  • ask us to stop disseminating your information or to de-index it, where the law allows;
  • receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format;
  • ask for its deletion.

To exercise a right, write to yan@the360workshop.com. We will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

U.S. residents

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may request to know, access, correct or delete their personal information by writing to us; we will not discriminate against you for making a request. Because we do not track visitors, “Do Not Track” browser signals do not change how this site behaves.

Children

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 14 (or under 13 in the United States). If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be shown on this page before they take effect.
